1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Note: Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
