At WoofsWear, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we're here to help!


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at woofswear@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Note: Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as sale, clearance, or “final sale”

  • Items that are used, opened, or damaged, unless confirmed as defective

  • Products that are labeled as “non-refundable”


3. Refunds

  • If your order has not been received: You are entitled to a full refund upon request.

  • If your order has been delivered (confirmed by tracking): Refunds are not applicable.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will notify you via email of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • It may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue

  • We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly—either with a replacement, repair, or refund


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that returns without tracking will be received.
